James’s passion for the automotive industry began at a young age, learning the trade alongside his grandpa Sato. Under his grandfather’s mentorship, he developed not only technical skill, but also a deep respect for craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work—values that continue to guide his career today.
With extensive experience across both domestic and import vehicles, James has worked with major manufacturers including Chevrolet and Ford, servicing European and Asian models as well. His diverse background gives him a well-rounded understanding of a wide range of makes and models, allowing him to confidently diagnose, manage, and service vehicles at every level.
Throughout his career, James has progressed through nearly every position within an automotive service department. He has worked as a Technician, Assistant Service Manager, Service Advisor, and Store Manager. This hands-on experience in each role provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and customer service sides of the industry.
James has earned multiple certifications and has received numerous awards across various manufacturers, recognizing his commitment to excellence, leadership, and customer satisfaction. His dedication to quality workmanship and transparent communication is the foundation of his shop’s reputation.
